Strawberry Cheesecake Bars
Swap out that sugar filled cheesecake for a naturally sweetened upgrade!
Directions
- For the crust, add the cashews and dates to a food processor. Puree and press mixture into a lined loaf pan.
- For the cheesecake, add the cashews, coconut cream, and Zevia Cream Soda to a blender. Blend until mixture is smooth, then pour over the pressed crust mixture in the loaf pan.
- Press down the strawberries over the cheesecake filling.
- Freeze the cheesecake until hardened. Serve before slicing and enjoy!

- 1/2 cup of coconut cream
- 1/3 cup of Zevia Cream Soda
- 6 strawberries (halved)
